These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between PALADIN GAMES EOOD, hereinafter “the Merchant”, and all visitors and users of the website, hereinafter “the User”.

Using the website, creating a user account and placing orders means that the User has read and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3Scope of business

The company operates an online store selling board games, accessories and related products. All goods published on the site constitute an invitation to users to make a purchase offer.

4Registration

Orders can only be placed through a created user account. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes, including VAT where chargeable.

Delivery costs are calculated separately and shown before the order is finalised.

6Ordering

An order is considered placed after successfully completing the order process and receiving an automatic confirmation by email.

Receiving the confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order but confirms its receipt. We reserve the right to contact the customer if further clarification is needed.

7Availability

We make every effort to keep product availability information up to date. Due to a technical error or simultaneous orders, a product may temporarily be unavailable. In such cases the customer will be notified promptly.

8Payment

The online store offers the following payment methods:

• bank card via Stripe;
• bank transfer;
• other methods, when available and explicitly stated on the site.

All card payments are processed through Stripe's secure system. We do not store customers' bank card data.

9Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by the courier company Speedy AD. The customer may choose:

• delivery to an address;
• delivery to a Speedy office;
• delivery to a Speedy locker, when the service is available.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the location, public holidays or circumstances beyond the Merchant's control.

10Loyalty programme

We offer a loyalty programme “The Order of the Paladins”, through which customers can accumulate Honor points and receive cashback.

The programme rules are published on a separate page and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The Merchant reserves the right to change the terms with prior notice published on the site.

11Right of withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The goods must be returned:

• in their original packaging;
• with no signs of use;
• with all accompanying items.

The return costs are borne by the customer, unless the law provides otherwise. See more in Returns & complaints.

12Complaints

In case the received goods do not conform to the sales contract, the consumer has the right to file a complaint under the applicable law. Complaints may be submitted by email, phone or the contact form on the site.

13Intellectual property

All texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks and other content on the site are the property of the company or are used on a lawful basis. Their use without prior written consent is prohibited.

14Liability

We make the necessary efforts to keep the information up to date and the site running continuously. We are not liable for:

• temporary interruption of services;
• technical problems beyond our control;
• actions of third parties;
• force majeure.

15Personal data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, published on the site.

18Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions in the event of changes to legislation, the company's activity or the site's functionality. The current version is always available on this page.

19Applicable law

For all matters not covered here, the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. All disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement, or failing that — by the competent Bulgarian court.
